The Shell Dealer company (hereinafter “the Company”) establishes this returns policy (hereinafter “the Policy”) in order to govern the conditions under which customers (hereinafter “the Customer” or “the Customers”) ") can return purchased items (hereinafter “the Items”) via the Company’s website. By making a purchase, the Customer accepts the terms of this Policy.

1. Return Period

The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of his order to return any Item which does not give him complete satisfaction. The date of receipt is certified by the delivery tracking provided by the carrier.

2. Return Conditions

  • Shipping by the Customer: The return of the Items is the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer must arrange return shipping, including payment of shipping costs, and provide tracking of the shipment.
  • Tracking and Acknowledgment of Receipt: The return must be made with a means allowing tracking of the shipment and must be accompanied by an acknowledgment of receipt. No refund will be made if the package is not received by the Company at the following address: 2 rue de Longchamp, 92200, Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Any item returned damaged, soiled, or in a condition that does not permit its resale will not be accepted.
  • Promotional Items: Items purchased during final promotion are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

Before making the return, the Customer is invited to contact customer service at the email address customerservice@theshelldealer.com to obtain confirmation of the return. The Customer may be asked to provide photos or other evidence attesting to the condition of the Item.

4. Reimbursement

Following receipt and inspection of the return by the Company, the refund will be made within fifteen (15) working days. The refund will be made according to the payment method used during the purchase.

5. Exclusions

The Company does not charge a restocking fee for returns. However, initial and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

6. Liability

The Company uses Shopify's automated returns system for returns management. It disclaims all responsibility in the event of an error emanating from this tool.

This Return Policy may be updated at any time. It is the Customer's responsibility to regularly consult this Policy in order to remain informed of any changes.

By returning an Item according to the conditions stipulated above, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the terms of this Return Policy.
