At The Shell Dealer, we are committed to providing high quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that problems can arise, which is why we have a warranty and repair policy in place to give you complete peace of mind.
Warranty and Repair:
We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of ordering your jewelry. If your jewelry requires repair after this period, a fee of 25 euros will apply and return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If your product has a defect upon opening the package, please contact us upon receipt of the defective product at the following email address: customerservice@theshelldealer.com . Our team will quickly take care of the problem to respond as best as possible.
