You have 15 days to return your item or request an exchange. The package should be returned to the address below with a tracking number, including your order number, name and reason for return in the package. Please email us at customerservice@theshelldealer.com with return information to be processed.

Your item must be in its initial condition and will be checked upon its return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If your jewelry was damaged in transit, please send us a photo and claim immediately upon receipt to customerservice@theshelldealer.com .
